Our Recruiting Process

At-tech's comprehensive recruiting process is designed to quickly determine whether we are the best career choice for you and whether we will be able to represent you.

1. Submit Your Resume - One of our experienced career consultants will review your resume and determine whether your abilities and work history provide a good match for the types of positions we routinely need to fill.

2. Phone Interview - Once our career consultant has evaluated your resume and determined that there does appear to be potential for a good career partnership, they will contact you to schedule a phone interview. During this process, we will answer any questions you may have about At-tech. We will also be exploring your interests and experience in more detail than can be conveyed on a typical resume.

3. Face-to-Face Interview - Now that we've had a chance to speak with you and you have had a chance to speak with us, the next step is to meet in person. We will use this opportunity to gain a more detailed understanding of your goals, and we will begin evaluating your current employment needs against positions we are presently attempting to fill

4. Registration - By the end of the Face-to-Face Interview, it has become clear that we want to work with you and that you want to work with us. At this time, we would have you officially register with At-tech.

5. Testing - The next step is to test your skills so that we can assemble a complete candidate profile that will be used to market your abilities to our client companies.

6. Reference Checks - Reference checks fill out the remainder of your career profile.

7. Background Checks - Some of our clients also request background checks. We will perform this at their request.
