Upon completion of the phone screen, candidates will meet for one hour with an At-tech Technical Recruiter and for one hour with an At-tech Account Executive in a formal interview.
During this extensive process, we begin to form detailed profiles with respect to the candidate's suitability for At-tech representation.
Our staff takes the extra time to learn an individual's aspirations, talents, skill level, past experiences, preferred work environment, etc. In this way, we are able to identify the position best suited to the candidate's unique goals and attributes.
