Personal information consists of information which may directly or indirectly identify you (“Personal Information”). Certain types of information may be deemed Sensitive Personal Information under applicable law and treated accordingly.

Our purposes for collecting and using your Personal Information include (i) matching job seekers with employment opportunities, (ii) providing services to our clients (which may include temporary staffing services, recruitment services, payrolling services, background check services, group health insurance brokerage services, consulting services, commodities reseller services, and software services), (iii) receiving services from third parties, (iv) operating our websites, (v) marketing, (vi) internal operations, (vii) fulfilling legal obligations and seeking legal/professional advice, (viii) security and fraud prevention, (ix) business transfers or financing, and (x) to otherwise fulfill the purpose(s) for which such information is provided. We collect statistical information in aggregate regarding the utilization of our websites. Such information is used to provide enhanced support and service offerings. We do not associate aggregate statistical information with Personal Information. We do not seek to determine the usage patterns of individuals within our websites through third parties or otherwise. We do not use Personal Information for automated processing or decision-making in furtherance of decisions concerning the provision of services, employment opportunities or similarly significant legal effects (“Profiling”). We collect Personal Information from a variety of sources, including:
- From information you provide to us directly. For example, you may provide us with information as part of your application for employment with us, to receive employment benefits from us, to request or receive our employment placement services, by submitting online forms or creating accounts throughout websites, or upon visiting our premises.
- From our websites and Information Technology Systems. For example, we receive information from cookies and tracking tools through the websites we maintain, and through emails and other internal communication and file-saving systems on our information technology systems. - From third parties. For example, we may receive information from background check companies and other service providers, personal or professional references, social media, or from our business partners and clients in conjunction with the services we provide or receive.
